Taxonomy filters are not working

When you filter actions in the dashboard by event (http://streetnet.org.za/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=events&post_type=action) you see 12 items for 3rd-congress-2010: http://streetnet.org.za/wp-admin/edit.php?events=3rd-congress-2010&post_type=action

but when you look in the website there are much more (http://streetnet.org.za/events/3rd-congress-2010/) I think the filter is not working and including items that should not be there:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
