Fix design and content in small screens

Some bugs and ideas to fix them:
- convert to one column in small screen, when there are multiple columns in desktop version.
- smaller font size in title.
- add deeper links to sections (like at the beginning of report links to sections). Is it possible to list automatically sub-pages?
- make it possible to have full width images and smaller caption in small screen.
- add back to index or beginning at the end of report.
